Trident Group, a leading Indian business conglomerate and globally recognised textile manufacturer, has been awarded Best Organization for Women 2026 by ET Edge. The recognition highlights the company\u2019s continued efforts to create inclusive, supportive and growth-oriented workplaces for women.<\/p>\n

The company stated that the honour reflects its sustained focus on building a work environment where women are encouraged to develop professionally, transition through different life stages with dignity, and take on leadership responsibilities.<\/p>\n

Pooja B Luthra, Chief Human Resources Officer, Trident Group, said, \u201cAt Trident, empowering women is integral to how we think, act, and grow as an organisation. We are committed to creating a workplace where women feel respected, supported, and confident to pursue their aspirations, navigate life transitions with dignity, and progress into leadership roles. This recognition reinforces our belief that when women are empowered, organisations grow stronger.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trident has introduced several initiatives aimed at addressing both personal and professional needs of women employees. Key programmes include Shreejana, Asmita Leaves and Shagun\/Aashirwad, along with Hastakala. These initiatives are supported through maternity benefits, flexible work arrangements, wellness-focused measures and structured leadership development frameworks.<\/p>\n

The company added that its approach to women empowerment goes beyond policies, focusing on long-term cultural change and building a workplace ecosystem that supports growth, well-being and equal opportunities.<\/p>\n

With this recognition, Trident Group reiterated its commitment to strengthening inclusive workspaces where women are empowered to lead, innovate and contribute meaningfully.
