Over 14,000 buyers attended as sourcing outlook remained strong.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI) successfully concluded the sixth edition of the Fabrics, Accessories & Beyond Show (FAB Show) 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, held from April 2 to 4, 2026. The three-day B2B event attracted strong participation across the textile and apparel value chain and recorded its highest-ever estimated business generation of around \u20b92,600 crore.<\/p>\n

The show hosted 240 exhibitors and welcomed over 14,000 trade buyers from more than 350 Indian cities. It also saw participation from overseas buyers representing countries including Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the US, UK, Canada, Mexico, UAE, Australia, Ghana, Malaysia, South Korea, Sudan, Somalia and Tanzania, underscoring India\u2019s growing importance as a global sourcing destination.<\/p>\n

Santosh Katariya, President, CMAI, said, \u201cThe strong response to FAB Show 2026 reflects the industry\u2019s confidence and reinforces the trade show as a reliable sourcing platform that brings together quality, scale, and innovation.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rahul Mehta, Chief Mentor, CMAI, highlighted rising domestic momentum and noted that demand is expanding beyond metros into Tier II and Tier III markets, supported by organised retail growth and e-commerce penetration.<\/p>\n

Sustainability remained a key focus, with a dedicated pavilion featuring eco-conscious innovations across textiles, accessories and production processes. Naveen Sainani, Chairman of FAB Show, CMAI, said, \u201cThis year\u2019s show reflected the shift towards more responsible and technology-driven manufacturing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Technology adoption also gained attention, with Artificial Intelligence solution providers showcasing tools for design, production, inventory management and retail operations. The \u201cFuture Factory\/Green Factories\u201d segment by Magus Fashion City further highlighted next-generation manufacturing infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Spanning nearly two lakh sq ft, the event featured over 250 exhibitors and introduced an International Pavilion, alongside strong participation from key textile clusters including Surat, Ahmedabad, Bhilwara, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Tiruppur, Bengaluru and Mumbai.<\/p>\n
