Its air-based system treats fabric without mechanical tension, delivering the distinctive AIRO Hand &#8211; soft, full, and permanent &#8211; across a very wide range of fibers and constructions, with high productivity and low energy consumption per meter. AIRO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>24 has obtained the CLIMA Certification and meets the requirements of Industry 5.0, with full PLM system integration for seamless connectivity with the customer&#8217;s production management environment.<\/p>\n<p>AQUARIA<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> is our continuous open-width system combining preparation, washing, and tumbling in a single machine. It treats any woven or knitted fabric at high speed and in open width, significantly reducing water and energy consumption compared to conventional continuous washing ranges, while delivering a clearly perceptible improvement in the handle and appearance of the finished fabric. Their team combines experienced sales professionals with skilled service technicians who are trained directly by Biancalani and regularly updated on the latest generations of our machines.<\/p>\n<p>A stock of critical spare parts is maintained locally, allowing us to respond quickly to operational needs and minimise downtime for our customers.
