India, S Korea set $50-bn trade target by 2030 as Lee Jae Myung visits

India and South Korea have set an ambitious target of $50 billion by 2030 from $27 billion now, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said today after meeting South Korean President Lee Jae Myung in New Delhi.
To support this and deepen business linkages, Modi announced new institutional mechanisms.
He also outlined an Economic Security Dialogue focused on critical technologies and supply chains.
