Indian Cabinet approves Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme 5.0

The Indian Cabinet yesterday approved the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme 5.0 to enable businesses to tide over the challenges arising from the Middle East conflict and help them maintain their operations, protect jobs and sustain supply chains.
The scheme aims at providing cent per cent credit guarantee coverage for MSMEs and 90 per cent guarantee for non-MSMEs as well as the airline sector.
