Mayer & Cie.’s future secured as Xu Hongjie completes acquisition

Mayer & Cie.’s circular knitting business has been acquired by Xu Hongjie of Huixing Machinery, securing the brand’s future.
With approvals in place, operations will resume in Albstadt under ‘Mayer & Cie. Global’.
The company targets rapid profitability and a premium market position, leveraging synergies with Huixing while retaining core functions in Germany.
